If you’ve been following the WeeBeers journey, you know we have a soft spot for breweries like Here Today that embrace creative craft beer names and the “waterfront vibe” without making it feel like a corporate cruise ship. Here Today Brewery & Kitchen on the Seattle waterfront is doing exactly that, pairing beautiful views with craft beer that actually demands your attention.

This was our first time to sit down at Here Today Brewery, and we were in for a “spectrum” of craft beer tastes. I ordered the tropical Glitter Paw Hazy IPA, while Brady had the Patino Pilsner, followed up by a unified round of the heavy-hitting Sharpie Mustache Imperial Brown Ale.
Glitter Paw Hazy IPA Feels Like Seattle
Wee Vibe: Neon sunsets and fuzzy feelings.

Don’t let the name fool you, this isn’t a gimmick. It pours a beautiful, opaque straw-yellow with a head that sticks around like a loyal pup.
- The Nose: Massive hits of pineapple and those little Mandarin orange slices you used to get in school lunches.
- The Palate: It’s incredibly soft. We’re talking “pillowy” mouthfeel. There’s a distinct lack of that harsh “hop bite” some hazies suffer from. Instead, you get a wash of mango and passionfruit.
- Wee Verdict: It’s dangerous. At its ABV, it drinks like juice but carries enough complexity to keep a hop-head interested. It’s the perfect companion for watching the ferries roll in.
Patino Pilsner is Crisp and Clean
Wee Vibe: The ultimate palate cleanser.

Before Brady was ready to dive into the wild stuff, he had to pay respects to the Patino Pilsner. In a world of “extra everything,” a well-executed Pilsner is where a brewer shows their true skill. There’s nowhere to hide flaws in a beer this clean.
- The Nose: Freshly cut grass and a hint of cracker malt. It’s snappy and bright.
- The Palate: Super crisp. It has that classic noble hop “zing” that finishes dry and makes you immediately want another sip. It’s light-bodied but doesn’t feel thin.
- Wee Verdict: This is the “all-day” beer. If you’re grabbing lunch and don’t want your tastebuds overwhelmed before the main course, Patino is the MVP.
Sharpie Mustache Imperial Brown Ale Brought Us Joy
Wee Vibe: Sophisticated mischief.

Swinging over to the dark side we ordered up a round of Sharpie Mustache and enjoyed the big, bold Imperial Brown that doesn’t apologize for its intensity.
- The Nose: Toasted walnuts and a hint of dark chocolate. It smells like a cozy library if the librarian brewed beer in the basement.
- The Palate: This is a thick one. You get deep layers of molasses, charred bread crust, and a surprising dried-fruit finish (think raisins or dates). It’s sweet, but the “Imperial” weight gives it a boozy warmth that balances the sugar.
- Wee Verdict: This is a “slow-sipper.” It’s the kind of beer you want when you are ready to sit back, relax, and enjoy a bold dark craft beer. It’s rich, nostalgic, and leaves a lasting impression; much like its namesake.
Summarizing Here Today Brewery’s Craft Beer Lineup
Here Today Brewery is leaning into contrast, and we are here for it. Whether you want the crisp reliability of the Patino, the bright, citrusy escapism of Glitter Paw or the grounded, malty depths of Sharpie Mustache, they’ve got a tap handle with your name on it.
Wee Tip: Grab a seat by the window. The craft beer is great, but the Seattle Elliott Bay backdrop makes the hops pop just a little bit more.
Cheers!
